Magic and Game Night & Election Preparation

On April 7th, we’re having a Magic and Game Night. We’re going to have magic, games, food, and a fun experiment involving orange jello and electrons…

Elementary Magic Show!

Our club was asked to go to Stratford Landing Elementary School and put on a Magic Show for the kids. The Magic Show will be on April 12th from 6:00-8:00pm and all are welcome to come and support us from the audience!

Chemistry of Alcohol
Greetings Fellow Hydrocarbon Lifeforms!
This past March 3rd we held our annual “Chemistry of Alcohol” meeting. Every year this is our highest attended event. This year Dr. Pettigrew came and spoke about the history and chemistry behind making wine. In previous years, we’ve had Dr. Kort talk about brewing beer. We plan to have the event next year focus on a harder alcohol.

Halloween Costume Party

For the past few years, our Halloween Costume Party has become a joint venture between us, Math Club and Physics Club. This past Halloween we had lots of food and prizes for the best costumes including iTunes giftcards!!
